Macrosoft’s most advanced CCM Automation Tool, PDF Morph - its main features, benefits and how it works.

Introducing PDF Morph, a revolutionary cloud-based automation tool meticulously crafted for our Quadient Inspire Technology line of business. Launched in January 2021, this proprietary tool has been an internal cornerstone, exclusively utilized by Macrosoft's Quadient Professional Services Teams. PDF Morph is designed to expedite the conversion of PDF templates, originating from various CCM tools in migration projects or stemming from day-to-day client development work, into the Quadient Inspire platform. It significantly reduces manual efforts involved in such conversions and ensures much more accurate outputs, empowering our teams with a substantial boost in productivity

This tool automates the creation of Workflow Definition (WFD) files, along with corresponding XML, facilitating seamless integration with Quadient Inspire. The WFD files are generated based on template information embedded in the PDFs which is extracted by the tool and automatically processed.

PDF Morph serves our teams in two pivotal use cases:

1. Ongoing WFD Creation: PDF Morph expedites the creation of new WFD templates essential for client projects catering to the ongoing requirements of our development teams.
2. Migration Projects: Enabling companies engaged in substantial migration projects. PDF Morph assists in transitioning from diverse CCM platforms, using a variety of tools and templates, to the streamlined Quadient Inspire platform.

PDF Morph extracts:

• Content
• Font
• Barcodes
• Image coordinates, and
• Styles from the PDF stored in JSON & XML files

It then uses these inputs in an automated workflow to create the corresponding Inspire Designer’s WFD format files.
